A framework solution is a structured agreement used by organisations bound by public sector contract regulations to streamline the procurement of products, services, or works from pre-approved suppliers.
Differing to a framework solution, a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) remains open to new suppliers throughout its duration. This means suppliers can join at any time, making the solution more agile to our member’s needs.
