Our construction and development solution provides services for the construction industry, with a scope of works including demolition and dismantling services, land remediation, full groundworks services and construction services. It can also be used to support our new build solutions and offer a complete turnkey solution.
This solution is delivered throughout the UK, with our approved delivery partners based in and covering:
- North – North East, North West, Yorkshire and The Humber
- Central – East Midlands, West Midlands and East of England
- South East – London and South East
- South West
- Wales
- Scotland
- Northern Ireland
The Construction and Development Works solution expires in February 2029 and has a Further Competition call off method.
