To qualify for a DFG, you or someone living in your home must be disabled – and the applicant must be the homeowner, tenant, or landlord, and the property must be intended for the disabled person’s use during the grant period.

This national framework is typically used by organisations such as housing associations, NHS Trusts, and local authorities, and offers a compliant route to market under PA23 regulations, live until April 2030.
