Across eight sub-lots, the Protection, Security and Electrical Works Framework covers the design, supply, installation and maintenance of CCTV and ANPR systems, door entry and access control systems and intruder alarm systems. It also includes the design, supply, installation, maintenance and remote monitoring of CCTV systems and intruder alarm systems.

Lot 3
Property and Site Safety and Security

Under Lot 3: Property and Site Safety and Security, the framework provides manned security services, mobile patrol services and walking watch services to enhance the safety of your tenants.

There is also a fully managed service in property, site safety and security. In the UK, property and site safety and security regulations are primarily governed by the Building Safety Act 2022.

Lot 4
Void Property Management

Lot 4: Void Property Management covers overseeing, securing and maintaining a rental property whilst unoccupied by a tenant.

The Lot includes void security and protection, void clearance and general cleaning, and void specialised cleaning as well as a void property management fully managed service so you can focus on finding the next tenant for your properties.

Electrical Works

Meeting a range of electrical safety standards is paramount to ensure the safety of your tenants in their home.

Lot 5 of the Protection, Security and Electrical Works Framework comprises PAT testing, fixed electrical testing, electrical condition surveys and inspection reports, and remedial work, including rewires, to ensure your property complies with three primary regulatory frameworks in the UK: BS7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)Part P of the Building Regulations (for domestic properties in England and Wales) and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (for any commercial and industrial environments).
